         Two summers ago ER nurse and aspiring singer Katie Ohhwon $1 million on NBC's reality show and talent search "The Winner Is." Viewers were aptured by her soaring voice on country songs including "Independence Day" and "Breathe.“ These days Ohh calls Nashville home and she's been spending time in the recording studio with Rascal Flattsbass player Jay DeMarcus. They are working on a four song demo to land Ohh a record deal. • The Ohio native said the money she  won on "The Winner Is" allowed her to make music her first priority • "The show was a complete whirlwind, and I literally went from showing up there to winning a million dollars in 10  days," Ohh said. Clark Manson will be the headline entertainment on July 4. Clark has opened for the likes of Cole Swindell, Josh Thompson, Dustin Lynch, and Chase Rice.

Clark will take the stage beginning at 8:00pm and will hold a Meet & Greet for fans following the fireworks at 10:30pm. For more information go to:

Announcements

Village Chapel's 6th Annual Freedom Run/Walk and Kid's Fun Run will take place on Saturday, June 27th. Save the date, start to workout, and plan on joining us for a morning of physical and spiritual fellowship. The proceeds will benefit The Way Skatepark and International Justice Mission. Pre-registration fee is $25; visit the on line registration by clicking on the image below or drop off your registration form and fee at the church office.
