Public Notice Concerning Water Resource Recovery Facility Project's Environmental Assessment (EA) and finding of no significant impact (FONSI) 

Environmental Assessment (EA): The Ohio EPA will make available for public review an Environmental Assessment of the Water Resource Recovery Project Preliminary EA and finding of no significant impact (FONSI). The public will have a 30-day period in which to review the environmental assessment and provide comments back to Ohio EPA to the staff environmental planner listed at the back of the document. The project consists ofconstruction of a new wastewater facility located south of State Route 752. Upon its release, the document may be viewed at either: the village’s website at www.ashvilleohio.gov/index.php/public-notices, Ohio EPA’s website at(http://epa.ohio.gov/defa/public_comment.aspx), or in hard copy at the village administrative building or the local public library.
