SHED

 

Residents who would like to build a shed or install a prefab shed must complete the following prior to construction or installation: 

• Complete the zoning permit application (Click Here). If the shed is over 200 SQ ft a Building permit is also required (Click Here)
• Drawing of fence location on plot plans from Pickaway Co Auditor (Click Here)
• Payment in cash or check (fee based on square footage breakdown at bottom of page)

Fees:

Zoning Permit : $50 + $5 per 100 square ft

Building Permit $50 + 1% tax

101-200 Square feet-  $60

201-300 Square feet-  $115.50

301-400 Square Feet- $120.50

401-500 Square feet - $125.50

601-700 Square Feet -  $130.50
