Room Additions
Residents who would like to build shed or instal a prefab shed that are must complete the following prior to construction.
• Complete the zoning permit application (Click Here) if is over 200 SQ ft a Building permit is also required (Click Here)
• Drawing of fence location on plot plans from Pickaway Co Auditor (Click Here)
• Payment in cash or check (fee based on square footage breakdown at bottom of page)
1175.01 GENERAL PROVISIONS.
Fees:
Zoning Permit : $50 + $5 per 100 square ft
Building Permit One hundred dollars ($100.00) plus ten dollars ($10.00) per or part of 100 square foot +1% tax.
