Village of Ashville, Ohio

Shelter House Rentals and Baseball Field,  Gazebo, Stage, Pickleball, and Basketball Reservations

The enclosed (closed) shelter house is the only park facility that requires a reservation and rental agreement. The other locations in the park can be used on a first come first serve basis. If a reservation or rental has occurred, you will be required to leave that location. You may need to confirm that a local event may be using a part or all of the park. The following is a list of those events: Easter Egg Hunt, Ashville Market, Viking Festival, Fun in the Sun, July 4th Celebration, Trick or Treat Parade/Costume Judging and Santa in the Park. Rentals and reservations can be found on the below Park Calendar.

Open and Enclosed Shelter House

Reserve our open or enclosed shelter house for your next party, event, company training or seminar and experience the following amenities we have to offer:

  • Refrigerator
  • Tables and chairs
  • Accessible restrooms
  • Heat

Currently, rentals are for the entire day. We do book year to date. Reservations are available on a first served basis. Weekend dates requested will be taken by Fridays. The village also provides public rentals of facilities such as shelter houses and room rentals and can issue special permits such as block party permits as well.

How to Make your Rental or Reservation

  • Reservations may be made either by calling (740) 983-6367 or in person at 200 East Station Street, Ashville, OH 43103.
  • Full payment is due at the time that you make your reservation.  Payment made by check will be accepted from walk-in customers
